I was able to fake glass and liquid by utilizing Simple Transparent Material instead of using glass material for the cup.

It seems like that simple material is gone or relabeled? I can’t find it.

I have been trying to recreate this look but I can’t with just glass, if there is different way let me know.

Hi @SCALEMODEL

I think what you are looking for is now located in the _default material_, where you have a slider to change the opacity.

The issue is that, recently, in rendering mode transparent materials are no longer rendered through other transparent materials.

At least I figured out how to get the Simple Transparent Material back.

By Importing my old glass project into the new project.

Default has Opacity but disappears behind glass, its either on or off, so weird.

That happened with any available transparent material now. My post above is about that.
