# Help... I deleted the folder by mistake. There are many design files in it. How can I recover it?

Help… I deleted the folder by mistake. There are many design files in it. How can I recover it?

Send a help ticket into Shapr. They MIGHT be able to recover it.

Just happened to me too.

I was trying to move 2 files into a new folder I just created, but couldn’t figure out how to… Having the 2 files selected. The “hold and drag” is tricky on the ipad…  
But I then discovered the “move Selection to new folder” option and did that.  
Wanted the folder name to be what I just created 15 seconds before, so that folder had become obsolete, so it should be deleted. I taped it and it selected and I hit delete.  
But I failed to notice the new folder, with the 2 files in, was also selected. It somehow inherited the selection from the 2 files that went into it. Very weird behaviour…

I know I should have been more carefull, but I was fully convinced I was only deleting the one folder I meant to. But again, the other had stayed selected, without I noticed…

There really should be an undo function for this…
