# Help recovering Files from deleted Account

Hello everyone,
I had an educational license from my University last year but changed University and so also my edu email with it.
Today i saw that my projects were locked and so i tried logging in with my new edu email to re-unlock the pro features since my old email was deactivated. But now all my work from the past years is gone . So i panicked and tried to log back to my old account but there is apparently no account with that email. Please help me recover my old Designs since i spend countless hours working on them. 🥲
