# Help With 45degree oblique cuts

Hey Guys!

I have been struggling with this issue between 3d modelling apps, maybe I will find some help here.

As a uni project we will ahve to make 45 degree oblique cuts on 3D objects, on paper and it would be amazing if I could double check my results with a real 3D software.

I will post pictures for it to make sence, but basically it is like a bevel, but trough the whole object itself.

Is there any way to make it in Shapr?

Construction planes are your friend. They can be rotated and moved. The can be used to split/ cut bodies and there are a couple ways to make one which would make your cut just fine in the first example.

The second example: You can sketch on any flat face of a body. From that drawing you can extrude and cut a body.
