# Help with crashes glitches

I started using Shapr3D a few weeks ago and never had any crash or glitch. Now I have 4-5 projects and once a current project gets a little complex I get crashes and have issues performing split body commands and other complex procedures. I did a hard reset on my 2023 4th gen iPad Pro and it helped for a little and just had another glitch and crash. Anything I can do easily  
to get smooth operation? Maybe a fresh instal? Thanks

Please open a bug report so that we can investigate the issue. Resetting your iPad, or reinstalling the app will not help.
