# Help with design transfer from free to Pro

I created a design using the free version and without realizing it bought a Pro subscription with a different account. The free account won’t let me export in native Shapr format so I can import it into the account with the Pro subscription. Any ideas?

Hi,

Simply export to .shapr format and import with the other account.

Forgive me if this is insensitive, but if you’re really the CEO, you don’t seem to know your own product. The free version will not allow export in .shapr format.

hello yes i know this is a old conversation but if there is anyone that can help me i pretty much have the same issue where i had my own personal account that all my projects are on but now i had to move to a different account because i have the edu license and i cant get my projects to transfer because i don’t have pro on the old account.
