# Help With Logging in on Windows After Purchase on Ipad

I purchased Shapr3D on my Ipad and I love the program but wanted to work on My desktop with a bigger screen for a while and I cannot log in. When you purchase on the Ipad in the app store it does not give the option to create an account. So I assumed it would just be the same login as my app store account like most programs that are cross platform but when I try to log in on my windows computer it says no account exist? Can someone Help me??

Hi,

You can use your Shapr3D account across all platforms. It’s not necessarily your App store account, but the one you use to log in to the Shapr3D app.
