# History feature

The history window only lets you view past edits but doesn’t allow you to go back and edit from a particular point in history.

I have a project that I was expecting to be able to go back in history to select and modify some shapes but the only thing I am able to do is suppress or delete but can’t select any shapes in their history state.

Is this something that will be addressed soon as the feature seems to be missing this ability.

Have you tried Insert Breakpoint instead of Suppress.

I do not see any option to suppress. What is the specific details of each?

Wait above you said your able to suppress or delete.

Maybe you meant Insert Breakpoint.

You do that the same way by right click on History.

You Insert the Break Point and drag up and down until you get to place/state of your model you have selected.

breakpoint is the best. i abuse it constantly, thanks for showing them this, scalemodel
