# How do I cut off a portion of an extruded part?

As you can see in my screenshot, I extruded the blue part upward and it cut through my main object’s body. Can anyone tell me how to cut off this extra part that sticks out?

Try the replace face tool.

You can also use the subtract tool (leave original bodies) and then delete the sticking up bit.
