Select the inside face of the hole and then Transform and Move/Rotate. Use the handles to move the hole or draw a guide first and use Translate

Hope this attached video helps. The easiest way to do this is to position the circle before subtracting for the hole.

1. Create the cube
2. Create a circle on one side
3. Position it to the middle (make sure you have “Midpoint” turned on in your snapping guides) ![IMG_922C28C91B0A-1](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex002/uploads/shapr3d/original/2X/4/43b61845434dd5500df9a3b53bb379f0ce0cba8f.jpeg)
4. Select the face, and cut the hole
