Three concepts to help make managing Shapr3D files easier:

1. Sort by Date Created: to see common files created at a similar period
2. Single Level Folders: to manage Shapr3D designs using the existing file management by any convention you desire (project, version, release…)
3. Version Control, I.e. _click_ Edit \> Select File \> New Version TO: duplicate the file, append a new version number, and put it in your project folder.

As discussed here, managing our designs (files) at scale is time consuming. That’s the real goal.
