# How to draw ovals in Shapr3D

i’ve been unable to find out how to draw ovals. had to resign to drawing two circles and two lines. takes so much time trying to align them perfectly compared. please help me not waste time!!

Currently there’s one way to do it:

draw a closed spline with 4 control points (1 starting point, 3 clicks with the pencil, connect the end of the last line with the starting point)  
adjust the control points to get an ellipse
