Hi
You can use Expression/Variable.

How to use it? Why is it so troublesome and can’t it be as simple as before?

You CAN do it without variables. Just create the body with one hole and then copy that hole to other parts of the body. If you change the one hole’s diameter in the original sketch, all copies of the body holes will have their diameters changed.

What your are trying to do works for me.

If you wanted to do with variables it’s also pretty easy, that quick demo near the end.
