#  How to make a hole on a model

Hello, I have just started creating a model. The diameter of the circle in this image is 49mm. I want to make it 68mm. I want to widen the channel below it as in the image. How can I do this?

As I understand, this is an existing model that you imported and now want to modify.  
First of all, the format of the model needs to be determined.  
If it’s a mesh, the only way will be to cut out the part and remodel it yourself.  
Otherwise, you can try using Offset Face or similar tools.

Draw a sketch, extrude and then subtract.
