# How to refund?

Hi, I am a student who tried to enable the Shapr3D application for free. However, I accidentally pressed for ‘Free Trial’, it has been 14 days since and I’ve just received an email that I have lost 11,900. Are there any chance that I could be refunded and are there any free version for students? Thank you.
