# I can't open Sharp3D - it crashes as soon as I try to launch it.

Why can’t I open my Sharp3D? It crashes immediately when I try to open it. It worked fine yesterday, but suddenly broke today. I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling from the Microsoft Store, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve reset it several times, but no luck. I don’t know what to do except reinstall the system. Please help me!

Please include: App version, device specs, and a screen recording
