# I have the Standard Plan, but won't let me export an image?

I went to export just an image of the simple vac attachment i made to show someone on here and it said that I needed a standard plan but I did purchase a standard plan I’m still in my trial maybe for one more day but I should still be able to export it to an image correct?

Hi, can you please check if you are logged in with your Shapr3D account that has the license? The log-in page can be found in the _Settings_ tab in Shapr3D if you are using iPad, or under _Preferences_ from mac.
