I need help. How can I edit such a model? I don’t know how to do it, I’m just starting my adventure with modeling.

Can you give us a little more detail? What are you trying to edit? Maybe a short video using Loom?

Looks like you are trying to bring that face out towards or away from us as evidenced by the offset face tool? Show us your sketches without the model body might help.
