# I paid my monthly suscription on Ipad, but I can't use it in Windows.

I already paid my subscription for Apple Store on my Ipad, but, when I want to create a model in Windows, with the same account, shap3d asks me for my subscription, even paid,

Please help me, because the reason that I paid is the cross platform.

Probably the issue is that you are not signed in with the same account.
