# Imported files

Hello I importrd two CAD files off of McMaster Carr and imported them into shapr 3D. Is there any way to make multiple imported files into one so that measurments, lines and other details can be added?  
Is there also a way to edit the uploaded pictures? an example I have is a piece of strut that is 24 inches long (which is how it uploaded from the website CAD drawing) is there any way to make it 22 inches to fit my design?

Hi, multiple files can be imported into the same workspace and then merged using the move/rotate feature and the Union tool.

I do not completely understand how you would want to edit the image in the app.  
You can adjust the length and breadth dimensions of the imported image before tapping done to finish the import.
