I just wanted to import and them cut an STL data, which actually appears there but is unable to change i any way. It says, the figure would be a body that cant be worked with… any help for me?

> If you take into consideration that Shapr3D is CAD-Program based on a (Para)-SOLID-Kernel, it is way less strange that it is not capable of editing MESH-Files. (Shapr3D is not meant for Sculpting, at least in my oppinion.) BUT (and this is something I find extraordinary): You can in fact import the STL-File into Shapr, Add geometry with Shapr-features and unite the bodies, or subtract them! That way you can make a mould of a STL-file, if you want. Lets say you would like to do similar on Soli…

I think it is important to be able to reshape STL Files. The primitive way Shapr is able to handle those files is not enough. Mostly actions do not work with the STL. It’s a shame I have to go to Tinkercad to reshape the Stl. It’s a feature request.
