# In free version I cannot create a fillet only chamfer. It this a limitation or is there a way to toggle to fillet?

Newbie using free version on PC laptop, windows 11.  
In free version I cannot create a fillet only chamfer on any edge. It this a limitation or is there a way to toggle to fillet?

Hi,  
I don’t have a free version available, but I don’t think this is a limitation.  
Select an edge and play from left to right with the blue arrow.

Not exactly sure what I did but now when I select an edge there is a bubble with a carrot that you can toggle between Chamfer and Fillet.

Not sure if this helps. Here are two ways to make a fillet or chamfer. The 1st way by data entry. The 2nd way is to select the edge and pull away for fillet or push inward for a chamfer where you can still enter a numeric amount. I’m on an iPad Pro using the Apple Pencil.

Thanks. Not sure if it was a PC thing but I originally was trying to fillet an inside corner and pulling the arrow out was not switching from chamfer to fillet. Then after some fiddling I noticed the little carrot to switch. Would be good to include that in the little note that popped up at the top of the screen.
