# Incompatible design / test flight

What am i doing wrong. And i hope im using the correct format.

That a puzzler. You have the latest version of Shapr but the error message says your designs were made with a newer version.

I’ve also updated to the newest version without problems so I’d guess it’s a bug in your case and the support team will fix it for you.
