Hi, @DaniiDSJ17 when this happens it’s either that the drawing is a 3d sketch, which is currently not supported or that it contains some unsupported sketch elements like Polylines.
We would like to investigate the file - can you please attach the file or send it to us via [support@shapr3d.com](mailto:support@shapr3d.com)
If you are exporting the drawing from an app please can you also post a screenshot showing the drawing or you can also try loading the drawing on a free DWG online viewer (this is a good one: [https://viewer.autodesk.com/](https://viewer.autodesk.com/)) and then make/post a screenshot showing the drawing.
