# iPad app crashing when attempting to open file

Hello. I’ve been using Shapr3D on iPad for a few years now and it’s worked very smoothly but I recently tried to import a file created on a the Mac desktop version into an iPad file for the first time. After an extended period of processing, the iPad app crashes. Is this a known issue? Note the imported file opens absolutely fine on Mac desktop so it’s not caused an urgent work holdup. Thanks
