# IPad Pro 4gen very slow 2024 not able to use shapr3d

After the update from shapr3d it’s very much slow and there is no way I can use that program, please look in the videos and if you think there is a way to fix please help.

I agree, I have the same Issues about opening files, even if with the new iPad M4…  
Sometimes I have to wait one minute !

I have the same issue with my Ipad Pro 5 Gen, I have had this problem for a couple of months. I think to buy a new Ipad, but i wan to be sure if this will fixed.

Jumping from 4th generation to the M4 will result in visible speed improvements all round, which is what I’ve found.  
I’m not sure if 5th generation to M4 would see the same difference, but there should be some.
