# iPad stuck on tutorial

Hello!

I recently downloaded Shaper3D on my iPad 10. I’ve gone through the tutorial but get stuck on step 10 of 10.

When I click the visualisation icon nothing gets bought up and I am unable to complete the tutorial.

I have restarted the device, ensured it is up to date and tried closing the app and have had to go through the tutorial 3 times.
