# Ipad upgrade version open file crashed

Can an engineer help me solve my problem? After updating the latest version, the file created has collapsed when opened.

This makes me very upset. It is already the second file that can’t be opened. I look forward to solving this problem as soon as possible. Thank you very much for bringing such a good application.
