I Have tried seemingly every function that Shaper 3D has to offer to project an imported image onto a model. The imported image (company logo) is not able to be meshed with the model at least from everything that I’ve tried. Also, is it possible to import an image to create a 3D model from the image?

No. You can create a model and map an image onto it in another program.
