# Items manager appearing on the righ side of the screen

Hi,

The items manager has suddenly switched to the right hand side of the screen. It’s not the left/right setting (as it remains on the right with both settings). If you pin the manager it switches to the left hand side but then goes back to the right when you in-pin.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

You can drag and drop the items menu from one side to another, regardless of the left / right setting. You might have accidentally did it.

Brilliant! I had tried to do that but seems I didn’t drag from just the right place but after a few attempts I got it to work.

Where is “just the right place” as I cannot get this to work at all?

Where is this left/right setting on the Mac I cannot find anything like it. I desperately need to get the items manager back on the left side, as my workflow is broken. Dragging does not appear to work.

Just tried it again, can’t remember how I did it and now can’t get it to work either (on the iPad, don’t know about the Mac).

Supposedly, on the iPad you can change this using the Interface option in Settings. But no such option exists on the Mac.
