# Lag and crash when shapr3d use on dell precision 7780

Hi, i just buy a new laptop with this pera new laptop with this laptop configuration:

- **Model:** Dell Precision 7780
- **CPU:** Intel Core i9 13th Gen
- **GPU:** NVIDIA RTX 5000 Ada
- **RAM:** 64GB

Then when i use align funtion, the shapr3d lagging like this

the button lag and i cannot click, sometime the shapr3d also crash with doing nothing , please help me.
