Hi,  
1• Question1  
You can see on my screenshot the files saved locally on my mac.  
How to find file names such as: 0c2dcfca-7bba-4dcf-b609-900050ee7cc8 for example. It is unmanageable.  
1• Question 2  
How to access files saved on the cloud.

If you dig down to drawings folder _and_ you have a such, it is helps to identify by the png. (tips [MacOS]; sort by date, or use Find Any File, list only files, browse by OS Preview). If no drawing; BBEdit Multi-file search for name of item in file (not name of project).
