# Loft: Error: geometry degenerate?

Hello everybody,

I tried to loft a fairly simple shape - but it comes up with an error:

“At least 1 of the lofted body’s geometries is degenerate.”

What can I say?  
I am just clueless as of what could be wrong.

It does let me loft any of the squares pairs, but not all three at once.

Any ideas?

Hi ChrisK,

Welcome to the forum.  
It is pretty hard from the screen shot to understand how the squares are placed in 3D space.  
It would help a lot to have the .shapr project or more views.

Short answer to your problem is probably guide loft, but if you can share more information, I can probably help you.
