# Loft tool "faulty contact" error

New to Shapr; I’m importing a DWG converted from an Illustrator SVG. I’ve done what I wanted to do with five out of the six letters that I’m working on, but the shapes of the “B” aren’t working.
The error I get is "There’s faulty contact between 2 of the lofted body’s faces, edges, or vertices.”
Is there any way I can find out where that problem is, so that I can (hopefully) adjust the artwork accordingly? Thanks in advance!

Hi Rita, thanks very much! One quick question: where can I find my support ticket? I’m guessing that the system opened one when I tagged this as a technical issue (because I didn’t intentionally open one), which is why I don’t know where it is. Sorry for my ignorance and thanks again!
