# Logging out

Every time I open Shapr3D I am logged out. Anyone with the same issue??

Hi Rohan, this happens if your account is being logged into on a different device (same OS).  
I logged your account out from all logged-on devices, please change your password here, log in again and let us know if the issue persists:
