# Lost progress on design

Hi, I made a design with lots of components and have access to the collaborate link however the progress on the shapr3d file is lost and incomplete. Is there anyway it can be recovered? I have tried to use the collaborate link but cannot download it

If you have sync enabled, try reverting to a previous version of your project.
