# Lost projects after Pro subscription ran out

I lost all my projects after my pro version ran out and had to re-log into shap3rd.  
Is this normal?  
I forgot my yearly subscription was running out.

No, you won’t lose your data when your susbcription expires. Are you sure that you aree logged in with the right email address and not with an alternative account? Please contact our support team directly if you can’t resolve the issue, we can’t help on the forum with account related problems due to privacy and data protection.

You are correct. I logged in with a personal email instead of my business email. Thanks so much for your help
