# Low quality glass in web version

When making a model that includes glass features, the glass turns white when viewing the model in AR on an iOS device through the webportal, when viewed through the app however, this isn’t an issue. Similar to this, when viewing in AR on an Android device through the webportal, normal transparent glass turns opaque. Added images for clarity
