# Match Desktop Selection Tool to iPad

The iPad app has persistent selection - I.E as you select entities, they are added to the current selection.

On desktop, as you select entities, they are removed from your current selection unless you hold shift.

Request: make the two match (most likely follow iPad implementation of selection as iPads don’t have shift keys).
