# Measurements not showing up

I’m following the built-in tutorial, but for me the distance measurements aren’t showing up the way they do in the tutorial (see how the tutorial in top left corner has measurements along every edge).
How can I make my view show measurements the way they do in the tutorial? I found I could pin each one from the measurements menu, but is there a way to automatically show them all the way the appear in the tutorial? I of course already have “always show dimensions” enabled in the settings.

Figured it out. Measurements only show for sketches marked as visible in the items panel. I just had to go into items panel and click the eye icon next to each sketch, and that solved it.

You should use the measurement tool, pinn the desired size.
Then turn on the “Show Pinned Measurements”
