New user here with very little modeling experience. Re-creating the Model Mania challenges to practice. Any advice appreciated.

My advice: Carry on, you are doing great. Are you watching the videos? I am going to try them without the videos. Great for learning and for giving a person some insight to what goes into engineering a part for an assembly. Also helps you learn to read and bring blueprints to life. Thankful you posted it. 👍

First I do it myself, then I watch the videos on YT. It takes me way longer than 20 mins to do it, but I feel like I’m learning new things from each design.
