# Mouse only works in outer areas of window.

I am having an on again, off again issue where my mouse only works on the outer areas of the screen. I cannot perform any mouse functions if my mouse is in the aread shown in red in the attached photo.

This issue occurs if I am using my laptop display, a single exteral display connected to the laptop via HDMI or when I have 3 monitors connected to my laptop via a USB-C hub. However, when I am working with my 3 monitor setup the issue occurs with the monitor that is in the middle but if I move the program to either the monitor to the left or right of the middle monitor it works fine.
