I’m having problem when moving the object like the circle. When I drag the centerpoint of the circle to move it, it also changes the diameter. Is there a tool command to move the highlighted object only not affecting the diameter of the object?

Hi,
You’re not locking the radius, that’s the center point.
Touch the circle with the pencil and specify the radius, and there you can lock/unlock
