# Moving model from trial to Pro account. Stuck!

Early this year I created a model using my personal account which was on trial mode. I created a paid account later using my work email, which works perfectly. However I cannot move the model from the trial account to the paid one as Shapr3D format exporting is not allowed. I really need that model. What can I do?
