# Multi-material printing

I have a Prusa OPXL dual extruder. Latest firmware and PS software (Version 2.7.0+MacOS-arm64). I’m using Shapr3D Version 5.511.0 (6086).

When I print with PETG .32 quality I get a surface anomaly as a line (gouge) on the model. I looked at the sliced layers and find a ‘break’ in the layer at least 3 different areas. Hoping someone can enlighten me about what they might represent. I created the model in Shapr3D. The assembly was sketched with 2 circles spanned together with 2 arcs…then the inner circle areas trimmed to produce the extrusion.

Could you possibly share the exported .shapr file here, in a private message or on our support channels? Investigating the geometry in it directly might help us understand what’s going on.
