# My project won't open. Could you please help me check what's going on?

Hello, please open a support ticket with us [here](https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). Please include the following:

- The version of Shapr3D you are using as shown under your Settings
- The detailed hardware and software specs of the machine you are using: [Find hardware and software specifications](https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/11016409716892-Find-hardware-and-software-specifications)
- The Shapr3D design with which you’re experiencing the issue: [Instantly export to .shapr format](https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/12826120862620-5-560-Instantly-export-to-shapr-format)  
You can right-click the project on your dashboard and “Save as .shapr”.
