# Navigation presets don't seem to work on M1 Pro 14" MBP

I’ve tried switching the navigation preset to both Blender and 3DS Max, but using the middle mouse button (clicking the scroll wheel) doesn’t seem to orbit for either of them: moving the mouse with the scroll wheel down zooms with vertical motion and does nothing with horizontal motion. Any idea how I can fix this?

Video recording: this is me moving the mouse with the scroll wheel down. I do not actually rotate the wheel at any point in the video, just hold it down.

Hi,

I just gave a try both settings and I could not reproduce the unintentional zooming. Do you happen to have another mouse that you can try Shapr3D with?

If that does not solve the problem, please open a support ticket using the link below and let us know the Shapr3D version you are using.

Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, I tested with another mouse, the same mouse in Blender, and restarting both Shapr3D and the computer. I guess a ticket it is.
