When I imported to 3mf to Bambu Studio I got message that there were several objects and did I want to combine them, which I did. When I went back to Shapr the top cap and the rest of the body are individually selectable. When I tried the Union tool it would not complete saying the objects do not intersect. I tried the Align tool but I could not figure out what surfaces to select.

[Well Light Cap rev1.shapr](https://discourse.shapr3d.com/uploads/short-url/7OnStFz6DsqNK2E9KDlkkmpgfKS.shapr) (105.1 KB)

Also when I extruded the slots in the side it created a detent in the lower ring. I cannot make that surface the same as the base.

Lastly is there a way to make all the slots the supports the same? When I now select the extrude of the supports for the cap it shows “0”.

I appreciate any help.

Thanks

The top Body 02 is not in contact with Body 01. Zoom in and you see it. Either scale up top to overlap and merge, or scale down (to easily select the edges face) and do a Replace Face and Merge.

Dents, here are also Replace Face - your friend.

Last one I am not sure I understand, get all slots of of the same size and symmetrical? I would, imho, would just start all over with a reversed (if measurements is an issue) item and a sketch from bottom and upwards…

Wow. Replace Face is super handy. I was able to clean things up.

Thanks
