# Neither import nor export is working anymore!

Since last update I can not import nor export anything at all! Without that, Shapr3D is completely worthless to me!

On importing or exporting, when the file-dialog opens it flashes a few times and it closes. No way to interact with it! Plese fix that!

Of course I have already tried the usual, restart ect.

I’m on iPad 11" Pro 2.nd

Of course, FileExplorer and Apple Files-App are both working seamlessly (I can open my default 3D-Folder without problem)

Can you share one file you can’t import?

Did you tried to turn on:

Some files have errors inside and require to tweak import settings.

Thanks for responding - but I’m afraid you did not red my post correctly. It doesnt even let me choose a file! It flashes the file-dialog a couple of times! And it does this for importing and exporting

Than I think would be better to open a support ticket.
