# New user - Cintiq 16 & Mac OS

Hello there,

New to Shapr3d (love it), New to screen tablets. Excited to get something that I can start to design my own 3d prints.

After I initially set up my pen and wanted to use Razer tartarus with it (mac doesnt seem to support it), I switched to streamdeck XL. When I place my pen on the screen to start a sketch, it seems to jump about and place the start of the sketch somewhere else and it has difficulty selecting a sketch before i modify or edit it.

To me it looks like it is selecting and deselecting it as the colours flash quickly.

Does anyone have any ideas ? I am thinking its more likely a set up issue than anything.

The Tartarus is just set up for basic one keypress items such as circle, line and drawing views  
Pen is set up to pan / zoom / rotate on the buttons
